A real-life vagabond who lived in the southern Mexican state of Michoacn, Perez's rambling adventures were transformed by acclaimed novelist Jos Rubn Romero into a series of picaresque novels celebrating the poetry of peasant life. Director Juan Bustillo Oro adapts Romero's novel LAS AVENTURAS DE PITO PERZ into a classic comic adventure-drama, presented here in Spanish without subtitles.
